I had purchased the 3 months subscription and later on when I wanted to download a document, it asked me for another $30 payment! I paid but was wondering why do I need to pay again?! Then I receive a notification that they charged me without notifying me for another 3 months! I tried to dispute the charge but they didn't budge! Instead they made me email them ENDLESS times my dispute case (pretending they hadn't received my previous email) and the end result was that a person with a very similar name to the person I was talking before pretty much said in her email: "I wanted to give you some background information as to what happens when a dispute is filed.
I only unlock things I need to see concepts asides that, it was a waste of my money. Run far away from them especially using their tutors, or they will make you fail. I thought they just didn't want to pay but now I see why people don't value them.
Everyone I know deleted them aside me, I should have listened better. Very disgraceful of a company that boosts or 100 success. Different occasions I used them and failed.
They refused to refund me said it's past 30days, my question was, why did they not wait to shut the account down after it expires. They come up with stupid reasons to shut your account down, won't provide you with evidence and oh did I forget to mention after they renew your subscription? Oh yeah you heard me right! I requested for proof that I had an infringement on my account but they didn't share. They are frauds, I'm saying this because i want to tarnish their reputation for no reason but it is the reality.
